I'm trying to use deep learning to extract building footprints. I'm using the model provided by living atlas and I'm getting this error:

Unable to initialize python raster function with scalar arguments.

I have installed everything that is required and I'm using a GTX2080 Nvidia card. I have googled around for this error and it seems to affect people without a GPU but they also don't have my exact type of errors either.

Any ideas on how I can get deep learning to function?
