Works for me with GDAL 3.1.4 and Python 3.7. I dropped the subdirectories from the path for simplicity.
from osgeo import gdal, osr

cutted=gdal.Warp(os.getcwd()+'/cutted22_m.tif',src,options=clip_spec)
Test with gdalinfo
gdalinfo cutted22_m.tif -stats

The image has bit depth of 16 bits and maximum value is 298 so without histogram stretch it will appear as black. But with min/max stretch QGIS shows it fine. The blurred background is the source, merged22.tif.
