Creating custom Tile Layer for custom projection system in Leaflet

Question

I am working on web GIS with Leaflet. I am using Tile Layers such as OpenStreetMap, Google Streets Maps in the default projection system. I am also using custom projection systems with Proj4 leaflet and I want to use Tile Layer for these projection systems.

Can I create a custom Tile Layer for the projection systems I use?

For example, creating a custom Tile Layer like OpenStreetMap or Google Satellite Map for EPSG:2319.
