I need a way of automating this whole process rather than measuring the angle manually.
I want to calculate the largest viewing angle from each of the viewpoints (red dots) in relation to the locations (yellow dots).
From the example the below, i have identified the furthest left and right point, the yellow triangle vertices, in the cluster. Then measuring the angle using the measure tool, its 71.93 degrees.
However, i need to do this for all viewpoints and want to automate the process to possible create 3 attributes in the viewpoint shapefile; LEFT_ID, RIGHT_ID and ANGLE.
Any ideas?
