I have tried repairing the geometry on both files, but it keeps giving me the same warning. Both are shapefiles, in same coordinate system. Both are large files. One has over 272,000 rows, the other has over 800,000.
The 272k file is properties and the 800k is tree canopy. Trying to determine percent of canopy cover on each lot.
I am not familiar with intersect tool enough to change the environments.
