When comparing the evolution data 2000-2015 (https://geoservice.dlr.de/web/maps/eoc:wsfevolution) with 2019 (https://geoservice.dlr.de/web/maps/eoc:wsf2019) I see less urban footprint in 2019 (rather substantial) compared to 2000-2015. The difference is the most eye-catching for roads/infra.

Does anyone know why this is, it doesn't make sense. As far I can see the collection technique is different, from Landsat in 2000-2015 to Sentinel in 2019.
