Trying to calculate growth rate from the year 2000 to 2021. The only bump I'm coming across are the missing tracts. Main issue being where one tract in 2000 would be split into two for 2021. I am familiar with NHGIS geographic crosswalks but they do not offer one for 2000 to 2020.

Does someone have a workaround this?
