Extracting Pixel values and exporting it as a CSV file - GEE Python API (Google Colab)

Question

I was trying to extract the pixel values and download them as a CSV and I came across this tutorial. I am using Google Colab instead of Jupiter Notebook. I did the following:

1. Using the "Draw a marker tool", I selected some points.
2. Ran this code:

   import os
   out_dir = os.path.expanduser('~/Downloads')
   out_csv = os.path.join(out_dir, 'points.csv')
   Map.extract_values_to_points(out_csv)
   
   
   

But I am still not getting any files in my Downloads folder. Can someone please what am I doing wrong here?

Is there another way of achieving the result in GEE Python API?
