I am beginner in ArcGIS Pro (currently using 3.2.1 Basic version).

I received a sample shape file for point/line/polygon feature (empty) with certain list of attributes. These attributes will have to be in included in all the final shape files/ gdb files.

The main data will come through shapefiles (exported from AutoCAD drawings, mostly without attributes). The final output should be these shapefiles/gdb files with the attributes from the sample file (might be empty).

Merging would be one way but there will be a lot of data, so I need an easier, efficient and if possible a way to automate the way to get the output.

Is there some other way to solve this issue in an efficient method?

I'm not sure exactly what you want to do but you can automate workflows with ModelBuilder

What's inefficient about merge? As you have 3 geometry types you could create a model containing 3 merge operations with modelbuilder to do all 3 types at the same time pro.arcgis.com/en/pro-app/3.1/help/analysis/geoprocessing/… that would save a lot of time if you need to do field mappings from CAD fields to you required fields.
