Is it possible to split the number of inhabitants that are spread out in 501 different polygons, in the two areas with the same number of inhabitants but keep it in the administrative boundaries of the polygons?

The split should be from west to east. It is called geographic median if you know what I mean. The region looks like in the picture and it has 501 villages (polygons) with different amount of inhabitants.
