More stable spatial sort using Shapely's within?
To investigate this, I went back to the documentation example:
from shapely.geometry import Point, Polygon
class Within(object):
def __init__(self, o):
self.o = o
def __lt__(self, other … = sorted(shuffled, key=Within, reverse=True)
# ... but I got this instead.
assert [c, b, a, d, c] == (sorted(shuffled, key=Within, reverse=True))
I understand that this is because of how sorted() works …
