TinyOWS failing to connect to postgresql - Ident authentication failed for user "postgres"
Edit /var/lib/pgsql/data/postgresql.conf file to listen on all IP addresses. Like this:
listen_addresses = '*'
port = 5432
And restart your db, of course:
sudo /etc/init.d/postgresql restart
