Questions about freedoms granted and restrictions applied to use of data, software, or software components, and for mechanisms used to enforce these freedoms and restrictions. When it comes to questions of legality, "what am I allowed to do with...", the GIS Stack Exchange community can and will provide answers, but it would be foolish to base decisions (solely) on them. You need to contact the company licensing department directly for definitive answers.

Using Creative Commons licenses for spatial data?

not a direct answer but I think using an Open Data Commons license would be more appropriate than CC for sharing data https://opendatacommons.org/licenses/ They have everything from a GPL type license … to a BSD type license
