I am assuming that the message you are seeing is: Your account could not be used to authorize ArcGIS Pro because it is an ArcGIS Public Account. If you don't have an ArcGIS organization account, you can sign up for an ArcGIS free trial that includes an ArcGIS Online organization and access to ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Pro extension products, and other apps....

To add a WMS layer into Scene Viewer first add the WMS layer as an Item under My Content > Add Item > From the Web Then Add the WMS layer item either through the item> open in Scene Viewer or in Scene Viewer Add Layer > My Content WMTS requires the same workflow and can be added through the item but currently not from the URL. From URL supports adding ...

You could try using single quotes for the entire string with double quotes in the middle: '<a href="sample text">sample text</a>'

It would probably help if you posted a sample of the raw GeoJSON that you are receiving, but I would assume that it looks like a typical geoJSON, like this: { "type": "FeatureCollection", "features": [ { "type": "Feature", "geometry": { "type": "Point", "coordinates": [102.0, 0.5] }, "properties": { "...

One solution to your problem could be a form of cost-distance analysis: http://wiki.gis.com/wiki/index.php/Cost_Distance_Analysis http://wiki.gis.com/wiki/index.php/Cost_Path_Analysis You can model your area as a raster dataset where islands other land would be extremely high-cost (or impossible) to traverse, then run a least-cost analysis.

If you are pointing to the esri basemap layers with no "Export" in the title this will not work. I would recommend checking out this esri labs sample application that will support export on the esri tile layers that support this capability. https://www.esri.com/arcgis-blog/products/apps/data-management/introducing-tile-package-kreator-esri-labs/

If you want the data from SQL DB to be viewed in an ArcGIS Online (AGOL) map you have two options: Bring SQL layers into ArcMap or ArcGIS Pro and save out a map or layer package and then share it to your AGOL account then add them to a map. Or, export out shapefiles using the software above and add those to a zip file and upload the zip directly to the ...

I was using an outdated method for adding features to the portal. After leveraging the new ArcGIS Python API, adding items to the portal and publishing them worked fine. This involved understanding that the old ArcRest module and ArcRestHelper module are essentially now built into the new API where everything is handled under the arcgis.gis.GIS object.

I suggest that you check out Workforce for ArcGIS. Workforce for ArcGIS has a workflow for creating assignments that pretty much follows your need - Open Workforce Project -> Add Assignments -> Click on Map. Then you fill out the info on that assignment and assign it to a worker which would have the mobile workforce app installed and they could see their ...

I would suggest using Collector for this workflow and style the features so you know which ones are initial collection and which ones have been reviewed using a coded domain. You could even setup a combo of workforce+collector depending on how you wanted to manage this project. With Survey123 you can edit exisiting data but not sure if this fits into your ...

I ended up using the "TextFormatting.DoubleQuote" function in arcade in order to accomplish this. var PhoneNumber = "915555555555" "<a href=tel:" + TextFormatting.DoubleQuote + PhoneNumber + TextFormatting.DoubleQuote + ">" + PhoneNumber + "</a>" Source: https://developers.arcgis.com/arcade/function-reference/constants/

Setup the click event (view.on("pointer-down", function(event) { ... });), and in that click event use view.hitTest(event).then(function(hitTestResponse) { ... }); and within that function, you can get the attributes. A good example is here. Good luck!

This is currently not configurable in the map viewer. I would recommend posting this on the ideas page and why you would want the clear selection option hidden/removed.

Go to your Web Map in ArcGIS Online, then Settings - Web Map, check "Use in Collector for ArcGIS"

For a hosted feature layer, you can overwrite the layer and maintain the widget connection. Check out https://doc.arcgis.com/en/arcgis-online/manage-data/manage-hosted-feature-layers.htm and scroll to the 'Overwrite hosted feature layers' section.

List of allowed file types is published at the end of this ArcGIS online help page: https://doc.arcgis.com/en/arcgis-online/manage-data/work-with-tables.htm. It says: The following file formats are supported as attachments: 7Z, AIF, AVI, BMP, DOC, DOCX, DOT, ECW, EMF, EPA, GIF, GML, GTAR, GZ, IMG, J2K, JP2, JPC, JPE, JPEG, JPF, JPG, JSON, MDB, MID, ...

You have to configure your popup to rearrange the fields in AGOL. This will then be reflected in the attribute table.

I figured it out! Turns out I needed a Relationship class for this work. A simple relate does not work.

This information is published as an image service, similar to WMS specification, and is not mainly intended to use as a download service (a service similar to WFS, would serve this intend better). But there is a workaround, at least in this case: you can ask the service to generate the result in JSON format with geometries, and then convert the result to ...

Yes you can switch a layer from Public to Private at anytime. You can also create feature layer views from the hosted layer and have certain fields or filters applied to the views. These feature layer views can be public or private and not dependent on the parent hosted feature layer. They can also be styled and have the popup authored differently than the ...

I am not aware of a functionality in the ArcGIS API for Python to accomplish this. However, you can do a workaround and get the values by querying the domains of the feature service using the ArcGIS REST API. Using Python you would simply make the following request: import requests url = 'https:// <featureservice-url>/queryDomains' params = {'f': '...

Updating the videocard drivers fixed my problem. I did check the display adapters in the Device Manager for updates earlier but there were no updates available. Now I checked with the vendors site and installed their latest critical update and the problem is gone.

You cannot publish your own routing (network dataset) to ArcGIS Online. You'll need to publish it to your on-premise Enterprise. If you're committed to using ArcGIS Online, you'll need to use the routing services and tools they provide (which are generally credit based consumption) Esri staff reference > Help documentation reference

A custom attribute display with a simple table using HTML isn't hard: <table style="width:100%;"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="border:0"><b>Name</b></td> <td style="border:0">{Name}</td> </tr> </tbody> </table> Or you can just use the GUI formatting tools. The only ...

Making this change will not propagate down to views. The view could have its own symbology set and the parent layer can be changed independent of it. You will have to make the change at the view level.

There is a Rich Text element you can add to a dashboard. Dropdown to Add Rich Text > Click Link > Type in Display Text > Type in URL > OK. Alternatively, you can use the Link button in any of the other elements used to build the dashboard and do it the same way.

I think you should be able to use nested iif statements to label your data the way you want. Something along these lines should work: iif($feature.price < 1000, "$" + $feature.price, iif($feature.price < 1000000, "$" + $feature.price/1000 + "K", iif($feature.price < 1000000000, "$" + $feature.price/1000000, ""))) With this statement, prices below ...
