The crossroads shape file and the relationship class have to be created programmatically. Therefore it would be practically to do the "whole" programmatically.
Thanks for the reply. I will have a look at geometric networks. Do you have an example how I can import the shapefile into a (new?) gedatabase and make them accessible (C#) and visible (ArcMap)?
