About

Learned computing on a Tandy TRS-80 a while back. By now I have forgotten more than I can remember. I have programmed in basic, COBOL, Pascal, Fortran, C, python and go. I love python, but I am most definitely moving to go now. In 1982 I started selling "Personal Computers", particularly the NCR Decision Mate. Later I learned unix system V on the NCR Tower, networking with coaxial cables using IEEE 802.3 Carrier Sense Multiple Access with Collision Detection (CSMA/CD) Access Method and Physical Layer Specification. LANtastic and Novell were the usual choices. I remember using cpm, dr dos, dos from version 1 all the way to Windows 10. Well, the list is very long.
