Please do not post code from a package without crediting the package or citing where you obtained the code! First, try the function spatialEco::raster.kendall to see if there have been changes that address the issue. Then, if you are having the sam issue, post a reproducible example. Inevitably, this is an issue with the raster::overlay function.
