Dec 3 at 21:33 | comment | added | user30184 | Maybe your data are in EPSG:4326 and maybe -md is using the units of the coordinate system? Then 100 degrees means about 10000 kilometers, and 1000 degrees makes two and a half rounds around the world. But I am only guessing. | |
