There is a helper script as well in the code:
http://trac.osgeo.org/grass/browser/grass/trunk/imagery/i.atcorr/create_iwave.py
It generates the filter function IWave.cpp template from the csv file.

If the sensor if of wider interest, we may also include it in the official code.– markusNCommented Jan 14, 2015 at 20:27

While I think that i.atcorr only works for satellite data, the create_iwave.py has an issue. I have opened a ticket for this: trac.osgeo.org/grass/ticket/3027– markusNCommented May 10, 2016 at 15:31
