Activating new Snapping feature in ArcGIS Engine while editing features and vertices?
I'm working on new Snapping Capability of ArcGIS Engine.
I want to use snapping capability using ISnappingEnvironment class while users are editing a feature or moving vertices.
I tried IPointSnapper....
