I bought a cadastral map from a government agency for a village for which I need to do some ecological design in Google Earth.
The agency does not sell these maps georeferenced. However, the agency provides this free geoportal where digital cadastral maps for all the villages in the state are overlayed on satellite and other base layers (Topo, Hybrid etc.) You will find the Cadastral Map option under Base Layer.
One can get the lat/long of corner points of the cadastral map from the geoportal.
My problem is I have this dwg and there is no dearth of georeferences but how do I get to convert this dwg into a kml.
I am not into GIS or CAD but have worked with Google Earth. The softwares I have at my disposal is a 30-day free trial Windows version of Autocad 2019 & Autocad Map 3D and Inkscape on Ubuntu.
Can someone provide me with step-by-step instructions?
I can share the dwg if required.
