Accessing Sentinel-2 L2A Scene Classification Layer (SCL) with GDAL

Accessing Sentinel-2 L2A Scene Classification Layer (SCL) with GDAL
Oddly, I had an outdated GDAL 2.4.3 version where this was an issue. It has been resolved in GDAL 3.1.0.
Consequently, it is possible to access even L2A-specific scenes through gdal.Open() interface.
