Can not make qgis.db private copy
Delete or change ownership of the .qgis2 folder.
sudo rm -rf .qgis2
#or
sudo chown -R yourusername:yourusername .qgis2

Failed to export vector file from OGR?
You are either trying to write the CSV to a path for which you don't have permission, or some other process is locking the CSV (you have it open in Excel etc...)

You can use fiona.io.ZipMemoryFile and gpd.GeoDataFrame.from_features.

Unselectable features from former shapefile layer persist in file
You may have accidentally added your polygons to an annotation/graphics layer.
Use the "Modify annotations" tool to select and delete them.

New plugin is not working after add new packages that wasn't imported by Plugin Builder
QFileDialog and QMessageBox are in the QtWidgets module. So use:
