Hmm, I did not, but that seems like it maybe would have done the trick! I am no longer on that project, but I will keep it in mind if I run into the problem again.
Franck's answer relating to the folder path worked for me. The error that showed up was unrelated to what actually caused the problem. I don't have enough rep to comment under Franck.
