If you modify a polygon, you select it and you get handles on each corner. These handles get the same style as I set for my points. I don't want that. openlayers.org/dev/examples/modify-feature.html If you look at this example. I mean the yellow circles. They change into the same style as i set for points.
I might have found a problem with the feature.move call. In that function it also redraws that feature, which might be a problem. I'm looking into that now...
I did, the only difference with the original is the extra recluster function and the check in the cluster loop. If I set it to true: "if(resolution != this.resolution || !this.clustersExist() || true) {" (to force the cluster loop) it still has the same problem
I noticed some of those examples. I just don't see how I can use them. I have extensive code around the whole map that controls what goes on the map and what is visible. There's no need to (try to) put all that in a protocol. I'm actually solving this now by creating a new Control Class based on the layerSwitcher.
Hi, I tried your suggestion in jsfiddle.net/BzcAD/6 it sounds logical to me, but I get an OpenLayers error. "TypeError: layer.protocol is null". I've added the debug library so it is easier to debug. If I need to set a protocol for the clusters layer, I don't know what to choose or what the impact will be.
