I would like to install the last version of GDAL on my user space of a sever (ubuntu framework). I do not have permissions to use 'sudo' command because I have not 'root' permissions.
What do you suggest to do?

The program 'gdalinfo' is currently not installed. To run 'gdalinfo' please ask your administrator to install the package 'gdal-bin'. And I tried to install 'gdal-bin' by using: 'apt-get install gdal-bin'...but I don't have permissions Commented Oct 16, 2016 at 11:17
